Breakfast includes homemade bread, fruits, and tasty ham. The beautiful view overlooking the canal adds to the charm of the place. It's conveniently located near the Vaporetto stop and just a short stroll away from the livelier tourist island. The staff are always friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home.
The bathrooms could use some improvements, especially when it comes to the showers.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the sunny vineyard. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel on a quiet canal away from the main tourist areas of Venice was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Intimate, spacious rooms. Comfortable bed, great lighting. Helpful and kind staff. Amazing wine and free breakfast. Convenient location near water taxi. Beautiful setting with canal view. Efficient service in Michelin restaurant. Attentive and welcoming staff.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Located on a quiet canal in the midst of a vineyard that you can only reach via a small bridge. The staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms are cosy with all the finishing touches and amenities you need. And the best part - breakfast! Super fresh ingredients and all for just 145 euro including breakfast.
